Refund Policy

At Lumora Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at braylenchildress@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at braylenchildress@icloud.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at braylenchildress@icloud.com.
